Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller said he has tested positive for COVID-19.
In a Facebook post, Miller wrote that he is not feeling his best, but has survived rodeo injuries, broken bones, hip, knee, and shoulder surgery, West Nile, and cancer, and he'll beat this too.
The 65-year-old said he is quarantining at his ranch.
