Teen sues parents for posting embarrassing childhood photos on Facebook

Most of us wish our parents would hide those pictures from our awkward childhood years. An Austrian teen is taking things to the next level.
The 18-year-old is suing her parents for posting embarrassing photos of her as a child on Facebook. She claims they have ignored her demands to remove the photos.
She said her mom and dad have shared more than 500 images without her consent including pictures of her having her diaper changed and potty training.
Her parents believe they have the right to post them, since they took the photos. But her lawyer says she actually has a good chance of winning if she can prove the photos violated her rights to a personal life.
The case goes before a judge in November.
