Suspect accused of killing Dallas officer released from jail

The accused drunken driver charged for the death of a Dallas police officer is free on bond again.

Adrian Breedlove was released after a judge reinstated his $75,000 bond. He must wear an ankle monitor as he awaits trial for intoxication manslaughter.

Last month, Breedlove hit Sr. Cpl. Jamie Givens, who was stopping traffic on a freeway ramp.

After first being released from jail on bond, he was re-arrested and ordered to undergo a mental evaluation.
