Police seek public's help to identify body of man found in Lake Cliff

DALLAS - Authorities are working to identify a man whose body was found in Lake Cliff Tuesday night.

The victim is a Latino man, likely in his 40s, and about 5-foot-6.

He has a tattoo on his back that says Garcia, with the Dallas skyline just below it.

Police do not suspect foul play right now.

They are looking for anyone who can help identify the victim.
