Police: Fort Worth shooting that injured elderly woman may be gang-related
FORT WORTH, Texas - Fort Worth police believe a shooting Friday night that injured an elderly woman may be gang-related.
The shooting happened just before 9:30 p.m., in the 4600 block of Quails Ln.
Responding officers found an elderly woman inside a home who had been shot in the arm.
She was taken to a hospital, where her condition is unknown at this time.
Investigators say this shooting may be in retaliation for a previous shooting in the 4200 block of Miller Ave.
