Melissa ISD is the last North Texas district to head back to school
MELISSA, Texas - It’s the first day of school for the last district in our area.
The Melissa Independent School District in northern Collin County welcomed students back on Tuesday.
The district had a little less than 5,000 students enrolled last year.
It opened its new high school football stadium with more than 10,000 seats last week.
