Man shot in north Oak Cliff neighborhood

A man who was shot while walking through a north Oak Cliff neighborhood is in critical condition.

The victim was approached by two people around 11:00 p.m. Saturday on Pembroke Avenue, near Zang Boulevard in Dallas. He was shot in the torso, police said.

Police said they are looking at home surveillance videos from the area near the shooting to help them identify the shooters.

A motive is not yet known.
