Man caught peeping in NorthPark Center bathroom

A man was caught allegedly filming a woman in a NorthPark Center bathroom last week.

Dallas police arrested 31-year-old Brandon Paul Turner on Wednesday for improper photography or visual recording.

The woman told police she looked in her bathroom stall at Dillard's and saw a hand holding a cellphone.

She and other witnesses followed Turner through the mall and a security guard detained him.

Turner is already free on bond.
