Lewisville SWAT arrests barricaded suspect, 1 woman shot
LEWISVILLE, Texas - Lewisville Police SWAT units took a suspect into custody who they say shot a woman and barricaded himself inside a home.

Police say Pedro Antonio Gil Rodriguez shot a woman in the 100 block of Eastwood Place Wednesday morning before barricading himself in the 200 block of Ridgeway Circle.
Police said information suggests the victim and Gil Rodriguez are in a domestic relationship.
The woman was transported to a local hospital, where she is being treated for her injuries.
The Lewisville Police Department SWAT Team responded to the incident after Gil Rodriguez barricaded himself inside the residence.
Gil Rodriguez was taken into custody following the SWAT response. He's been changed with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
