Large house fire spreads to neighbor's home

Firefighters battled a large fire that damaged two homes in Dallas Tuesday morning.

The smoke and flames were first spotted around 9 a.m. in a storage shed in the 3200 block of Regent Drive.

The fire quickly spread to a fence and destroy one home that was being remodeled. Part of the house next door also caught fire.

No one was inside either house at the time and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
