Investigation continues into what caused scaffolding collapse in Fort Worth
FORT WORTH, Texas - The investigation continued Thursday into what caused a scaffolding collapse in downtown Fort Worth a day earlier.
Investigators used a drone to survey damage caused by the collapse while workers were resurfacing exterior brick work on the building, which is owned by Sundance Square Management.

The falling construction equipment critically injured a woman on the sidewalk and left a construction worker dangling from a safety harness.
The worker was able to get to safety.
