Gov. Abbott to lead North Texas MLK Day parade
ARLINGTON, Texas - Governor Greg Abbott will be the honorary grand marshal for this year’s Toyota North Texas Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade & Celebration.
The governor will ride on a float in the Jan. 15 parade through Arlington. Tarrant County District Attorney Sharen Wilson and Dallas County District Attorney Faith Johnson will ride alongside him.
The parade will also feature marching bands, floats, elected officials, community organizations, equestrian units and car clubs.
