Toyota stadium in Frisco was turned into frightfully fun Halloween venue Saturday night for an event called Fricovania.

Model Behaviors and FC Dallas put on the family-friendly Halloween event.

Nearly 3,000 people showed up for the festivities, which included face painting, live music and a carnival.

Friscovania also included the “Mayor’s safe trick-or-treat zone”, hosted by Frisco Mayor Maher Maso and his wife, Cindy.

There was also a red carpet costume contest and a Halloween-themed runway show.

Judges for the costume contest included Mayor Maso and his wife, Cindy,  former Dallas Cowboys player, Marco Rivera, reality TV star, Stephanie Holman, celebrity stylist, Laurie Graham-King and Fox 4’s own Jenny Anchondo.

Proceeds will go to City House, which provides emergency shelter and transitional housing to at-risk children and young adults.
