A major transformation will soon get underway in North Dallas. The Valley View Mall off the LBJ Freeway and Montfort Avenue was once a popular indoor shopping mall. But time marches on and in a few months it'll make way for a really big development. FOX 4's Dan Godwin takes a look at the plans.
