Fire damages North Dallas apartment building
DALLAS - Two people were treated for smoke inhalation after a fire at an apartment complex in North Dallas overnight Saturday.
The fire started at about midnight, at a complex along Montfort Road, south of 635.
Firefighters kept the flames from spreading beyond the second floor.
Search teams said the four damaged units were empty, but two people were treated on scene for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
