Developer hopes to build new mall in Frisco

FRISCO, Texas - A Chinese developer wants to build a new mall, hotel and office complex in Frisco.

The 77-acre development would be south of Highway 380 near the Dallas North Tollway.

In addition to the mall, the project would include a hotel, office building and residential high-rise.

The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the plans.

If approved, the first phase of the seven-year project could open in three years.
