Dallas police find missing man with medical issues

Dallas police have located a man who disappeared Saturday afternoon.

Officials were concerned because Jhovany Perez has a diminished mental capacity and suffers from several medical conditions.

He went missing from the 4800 block of Nuevo Laredo Court, near Duncanville Road in Oak Cliff around 1:15 p.m.

Police found him safe on Sunday.
