Crispy Brussels Sprouts


- 8 oz. fresh Brussels sprouts

- ½ cup apple cider vinegar

- ½ cup agave nectar

- 2 tablespoons sambal chili paste

- ¼ cup chopped cilantro

- 6 oz. smoked bacon

Chop Brussels sprouts in half & dice bacon into small cubes. Render bacon until almost crispy. Combine bacon & Brussels sprouts and roast them at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove them from the oven & toss them in a bowl with the apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, cilantro & sambal chili paste and add a pinch of salt.
