Cane Rosso to donate 100 percent of Tuesday sales to Harvey relief efforts
Dallas pizza restaurant Cane Rosso will donate 100 percent of its sales on Tuesday to relief efforts in Houston.
The Deep Ellum location will give all of its sales of food and drink beginning at 5 p.m.
“No catches - just come in and eat & drink and we're giving it all to Houston,” owner Jay Jerrier wrote on his Facebook page. “Please spread the word and share - and come hungry and thirsty on Tuesday night.”
Jerrier has two Houston locations of Cane Rosso. Both have been closed for days and he told the Dallas Observer he has no idea in what condition the two buildings are in.
“I'm worried about our staff and our restaurants - we have no idea when anything will return to ‘normal’...but we want to help,” Jerrier wrote.
