Bystander fatallly shot in the head during Dallas armed robbery
DALLAS - An innocent bystander was killed Tuesday in what started as an armed robbery.
It happened around 10 p.m. on Nisqually Street in the Pleasant Gove area of Dallas. Police said a group of men were robbing someone and fired a gun.
A stray bullet traveled down the street and hit a man in the head several hundred feet away. The victim, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, died at the hospital.
Police arrested four men for the murder. They are also charged with aggravated robbery for another incident that happened after the shooting.
