A Collin County grand jury indicted an Allen man Tuesday on a charge of aggravated kidnapping connected to the 2014 disappearance of a woman from a Plano shopping center.

Enrique Arochi was also indicted on an unrelated charge of sexual assault of a child.

Arochi was last seen with the woman who went missing, Christina Morris, on Aug. 30 leaving the Shops at Legacy in Plano.

Investigators say DNA evidence belonging to Morris was found in Arochi's car.

Despite a number of searches by Morris' family, she has not been found.

"The investigation into this case will persist in preparation for the upcoming trial and the continued effort to find Christina Morris will remain a high priority," said Plano Police Chief Gregory W. Rushin.

According to court documents, the sexual assault of a child charge involves one of Arochi's former co-workers who claims she had a sexual relationship with him when she was 16 and he was 22.
