Arlington crews rescue two from duplex fire

Strong winds made it difficult for for crews to fight the flames of a late night duplex fire in southeast Arlington.

The fire happened at a duplex in the 700 block of  Greenridge Drive, near Matlock Road around 11:00  p.m. on Friday.

Firefighters had to rescue two people from one side of the duplex, and another person escaped on their own.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
