2 children, 2 adults shot in Fort Worth drive-by
Four people including two 3-year-olds were injured in a drive-by shooting in Fort Worth. Police tell FOX4 the victims all have non-life threatening injuries and were all taken to local hospitals.
The shooting happened Sunday evening around 5:40pm at Smokey's Paradise Food Mart on 5310 E. Rosedale Street. Police responded to a call of multiple people shot and when they got there, found two adults and two 3-year-old children shot.
A 19-year old man was shot in the upper left leg and a 20-year old man was shot in the lower left leg. One of the kids was also shot in the leg and the other child was shot in the arm.
The children were taken to Cook Children’s Medical Center.
At news time, no suspects are in custody.
Police gave a vague description of the shooter, but say he was driving a grey Nissan Altima and was last seen fleeing west.
