2.7 Irving Magnitude Earthquake hits Irving area

IRVING TX - Irving residents were rattled Sunday afternoon during the Cowboy game when an earthquake shook the area.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey  the 2.7 magnitude earthquake struck at 6:25pm and was centered two miles northeast in Irving, placing it near the Loop 12, 114 and 183 intersection.
