Zika still a concern this mosquito season

It's the height of mosquito season and especially in South Texas there is concern about the Zika virus. Dr. John Hellerstedt is the Texas Commissioner of Health. He joins Good Day live from Austin to talk about local transmissions of the virus in the Rio Grande Valley and 13 pregnant women being monitored for possible infection in Dallas.
