TMZ remembers Tom Petty, explains confusion

TMZ's Harvey Levin is in LA this morning remembering rock star Tom Petty. There was some confusion about his death. He apparently went into full cardiac arrest Sunday night. He was officially pronounced dead Monday night. Many musicians Tuesday posted remembrances on social media and a memorial was scheduled on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Also, a woman was questioned about her secret recording with Kevin Hart. Montia Sabbag reportedly spent two hours with law enforcement officials Monday. Someone secretly recorded her sexual liaison with Hart and then tried extorting him. Sabbag offered her theory on who may have done it.
