TMZ's Harvey Levin says some celebrities are feeling the love this week, others are not.

Miley Cyrus is reportedly back together with her ex. Sources say she has moved in with Liam Hemsworth. She brought her four dogs along and they now have six dogs between them. They're all sharing in doggie responsibilities.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is promising changes after a growing number of actors -- black and white -- are threatening to boycott the Oscars. So far filmmaker Spike Lee and actress Jada Pinkett Smith say they will not attend. The Academy plans to conduct a review of its membership.
