Good Day gets to taste another deep-fried State Fair of Texas treat a little early. This time Clint Probst cooks up his Southern Fried Chicken & Dumplings. They're a mixture of shredded chicken and signature seasonings with dough and a touch of gravy. They're rolled and coated with bread crumbs and then deep fried. They're also served with biscuit bites and a side of gravy.
