House-Roasted Tri-Tip Sandwich

House-Roasted Tri-Tip Sandwich

5oz of roasted tri-tip sirloin 
2 oz of brie 
1/4oz of Arugula 
2 tablespoons of horseradish 
7-inch toasted baguette  (7inch)

Our Go-To Sirloin Rub:
3 tablespoons of salt 
1 tablespoon of fresh-cracked black pepper 
2 tablespoons of paprika 
2 tablespoons of granulated garlic 
2 tablespoons of fresh thyme 

Horseradish Spread:
2 cups of horseradish 
2 cups of mayonnaise 
2 teaspoons of fresh cracked black pepper 

Spread horseradish cream on both sides of toasted baguette, layer roasted tri-tip sirloin, brie, and arugula.
