Dealing with depression in the workplace

Each year depression affects more than 17 million adults and at any one time one employee in 20 is experiencing depression.

Those are just some of the facts about depression and depression in the workplace being highlighted by the high-profile case of Dallas District Attorney Susan Hawk.

John Dornheim from the National Alliance on Mental Illness joins Good Day to talk about the group, which works to provide support and raise awareness about mental health issues. He offered the following tips:
