Dallas ISD goes back to school on Monday

DALLAS - Dallas Independent School District Superintendent Dr. Michael Hinojosa is ready for the new school year to begin on Monday. He stopped by Good Day to talk about the district's new bus service, a proposed 13-cent tax increase and a "B" grade from the Texas Education Agency.
