You can get healthy free food, chair massages and prizes at this year’s Cooper Nutrition Expo.

Cooper Clinic Registered Dietitian, Meridan Zerner joined Jenny Anchondo on Good Day Saturday to discuss the expo.

The event is Monday, February 29th 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Cooper Fitness Center in Dallas.
