Coffee tips for dessert

Matt Saurage is 4th generation owner of Community Coffee Company. He offered some helpful tips so you can pair pair your coffee roast with your dessert. 

• The richer the dessert the darker the roast.
• Choose a mellow roast like a breakfast blend for fruit or tart desserts.
• A medium-to-dark roast would be best for a cheesecake.
