Storms Not Finished With Us Yet!

Ready for Round Two?

All those gusty winds overnight (actually coming down from aloft) have dried the air out, so we are more stable right now. clouds will give way to more sun, gusty south winds and highs just under 90. Humidity will return by the afternoon.

This eve, we may get a few strong to severe storms to the NW near a dry line however the main show is overnight into Thu AM as a cold front drops in. Risk is for high winds, some hail and heavy rain with what is likely to be a convective cluster of storms.

Those will slowly exit AM but with clouds and north winds tomorrow, highs will stay in the 70s.Clouds will break up Friday, with a nice day in the low to mid 80s.

By the weekend, more moisture starts flowing back. More clouds and low shower chances Saturday become much higher on Sunday (some severe) as the next weather system develops. highest coverage may be Sunday night before we get more significant Gulf moisture back early next week. With that in place, severe storms will again threaten Tuesday.

With any luck, the pattern will quiet down by later next week.
