New Month....Same Old Weather!

Ahhh October! Normal highs in the low 80s...comfy lows near 60. Fuhgettaboutit, for now...maybe later!
After some morning clouds (maybe a shower well north) we'll quickly see sun and a SE wind to push highs into the upper 80s. Not too humid...yet.
Monday will start warm...and get hotter into the afternoon. Highs near 90 with a SE breeze picking up humidity.
It gets more interesting BRIEFLY next week. A strong tropical wave in the Gulf will get pulled around a high pressure area to our east...and head right into Texas Tuesday. Mostly cloudy skies and fairly decent chances to see some pop up moderate to heavy showers (40%). That will also keep temps lower in the low to mid 80s BUT with sticky air.
That disturbance shifts into western areas Wednesday. Still some showers (30%) and highs in the mid 80s with the cloud cover. Still muggy though.
By late week, high pressure dries us out and takes over the HEAT department. Back to 90 Thursday and Friday.
At this time, Saturday will depend on a cold front...it's fairly weak but may still trigger a storm if it makes it here. Either way, still looks warm to start the weekend.
