New Month Coming...But Same Weather..For Now!

Very few changes to this forecast...which means it stays relatively "mild" moving into December...but COLDER changes are lurking!

Today stays chilly as light winds and clear skies overnight allowed temps to plummet. Some areas north of DFW may see some fog as well as temps in the 30s!

A weak cold front moving through will give us a light north wind...but the sun that starts the day will get us well into the 60s again by afternoon. There will also be a noticeable increase in high cloud cover later today.

Those same mid to high level clouds will be streaking by tonight and Friday and likely through this weekend as a mild Pacific Jet Stream will be overhead.

Temps will again be in the upper 60s tomorrow and into the 70s this weekend. A slightly stronger disturbance may keep more cloud cover on Sunday along with increased humidity levels.

Monday is the WARM day well into the 70s although mostly cloudy and breezy too. 20% shower coverage also possible ahead of our COLD FRONT.

That front looks to move through Monday night. At this time, we'll keep rain coverage at 30%...as the upper level pattern doesn't look conducive to a bigger event.

Colder air filters in on strong NORTH winds Tuesday with some lingering areas of patchy rain and clouds. Temps stay in the 50s all day!

Everything clears out by mid-week although the pattern shift looks to stick around with much colder air for the eastern half of the nation...and "cool" dry air for Texas.
