Speaking of increase, winds will start up 15-25 mph this morning out of the south and decrease to 5-10 by this evening. highs today will be in the low to mid 70s.
Tonight, a 20% chance of rain but ONLY areas SE of the Metroplex, the rest of the area will remain dry. The showers will be fueled by a weak cold frontal passage, but not to worry, it won't drop temps for Monday.
Another cold front should arrive on Tuesday. We'll start warm and cloudy, then only make a few degrees progress into the low and mid 60s with light shower activity in the morning. As the system moves east, the storms will pick up in intensity and cause strong to severe storms in the Gulf Coast states.
