Drying out... warming up this weekend!

Last unsettled day for a while...before we "settle" into some warm early Fall weather!

Patchy light rain has a decent hold on the area early this morning, but as NE winds continue during the day...we'll again dry things out from east to west. From FTW west, some rain may linger into the afternoon hours keeping temps in the 70s. From Dallas east, a little hint of PM sun will get us back into the 80s.

The atmosphere will dry out tonight, and comfortable temps in the low 60s and even 50s north and east.

Partly sunny skies expected Saturday with warmer mid 80s and even more sun for Sunday with highs mid to upper 80s.

Next week will DEFINITELY be warmer and more humid. Highs Monday and Tuesday near 90 however some low level moisture is indicated by mid-week. That may trigger an afternoon showers south Tuesday and area-wide Wednesday as we heat the moisture. Temps continue upper 80s to near 90 until the next cold front which could arrive either Friday or next weekend.
