Johnny Manziel seen partying in Miami days after court deal reached

Former Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel was spotted partying in South Florida this week, just days after reaching a deal to drop his domestic violence charge.

The Heisman winner was spotted in Miami ahead of his 24th birthday on Tuesday, TMZ reports. Video shows Manziel dancing on yachts and chugging whiskey at 8 a.m.

The former Cleveland player recently entered a dismissal agreement to clear him from his domestic abuse charge after being accused of hitting and threatening his former girlfriend during a night out in Dallas earlier this year.

Manziel will be required to complete an anger management class, attend a domestic violence impact panel and participate in the NFL's substance-abuse program or something similar before the charge is dropped.

It’s unclear if part of the dismissal agreement explicitly requires Manziel to abstain from drinking.
