Woman charged in connection to elderly man's death
Police arrested the woman they believe attacked an 89-year-old Fort Worth man who later died.
Kristin Minor, 32, has been charged with capital murder by terroristic threat.
Henry Sawyer, 89, reportedly believed Minor's Aug. 29 knock on his door was a food delivery from Meals on Wheels.
Police say Minor forced her way into Sawyer's apartment, beat him, and then stole cash and groceries.
The real delivery driver found Sawyer.
Sawyer died at a hospital on Sept. 2.
