Police Chief Joel Fitzgerald suspended Officer William Martin for 10 days. Martin appealed after a June hearing. The suspension was upheld.

Martin was disciplined over his arrest of Jacquelyn Craig and her two daughters when he went to investigate Craig’s claim that a neighbor had assaulted her young son.

Martin has already served the suspension without pay.
