Arlington mayor: We're ready for another Super Bowl
ARLINGTON, Texas - The Super Bowl has not been held in Arlington since 2011, but many in and around the city believe it is about time for the NFL's biggest game to come back to the Lone Star State.

The backstory:
Fourteen years have gone by since the Packers and Steelers faced-off at AT&T Stadium.
It was a week of NFL star-studded events that was affected by that year's historic ice and snow storm that severely stifled traffic, activies and overall exuberance.
What they're saying:
Arlington mayor Jim Ross says his city deserves another shot, and that the city's entertainment district and track record for smoothly handling major events has evolved quite successfully.
"This is what we do well. So we're ready for another Super Bowl to get back here," said Ross. "We love these big events. We have the World Cup here. We've had the World Series here twice now. We've had the World Series here. We've got the Grand Prix of Arlington, Taylor Swift concerts, WWE, you name it. We do it here in Arlington."
Ross says another Super Bowl in Arlington would be the "icing on the cake."
Residents on the Super Bowl's return
Fans packed into J. Gilligan's in Arlington to watch this year's Super Bowl in New Orleans.
The restaurant and bar's owner says it is high time we see the big game return to Arlington.
"I really wish they would revisit coming back to Arlington because it’s a great stadium," said Randy Ford. "The NFL needs to come on down, we need another Super Bowl."
