Senator Bernie Sanders is one of the many political candidates visiting North Texas as a part of campaign efforts.
Doors opened at the Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie at 12:15 Saturday afternoon for a rally held by the Democratic candidate.
Thousands showed up for the free event.
