FORT WORTH, Texas - Some of the tiniest patients at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth got a special Christmas visitor Friday morning.
Santa Claus made time in his busy schedule to say hello and perhaps listen to some whispered wishes.
Most of the babies in the hospital’s NICU won’t get to go home with their families before Christmas. Some are also too fragile to sit on the Santa’s lap. But they still got a chance to spend some time with “The Big Guy.”
The NICU’s staff helped dress the babies up for their special meeting. A photographer also captured the special moment as a keepsake for each family.
