Pedestrian hit by car on I-635 in Dallas
All lanes on Interstate 635 are open again after a deadly accident involving a pedestrian.
The person was hit around 10:30 p.m. Thursday near TI Boulevard in North Dallas.
Police said the driver in a white Dodge Neon left the scene, but returned a short time later.
The freeway was closed near the High Five for nearly five hours.
