New retail development planned for Cleburne

CLEBURNE, Texas - People in Cleburne, south of Fort Worth, will see plans Thursday for a new retail development.

The project would be called the Cleburne Station and would include a minor league baseball stadium and outdoor concert venue.

Retail and hotels are also in the plans.

Voters will have to approve a half cent sales tax increase, but the city estimates it could bring 1,000 jobs to the area.
