Man pulls gun on woman on Trinity Trail

Fort Worth police are investigating an attack at a popular area to walk, run or bike.

A woman says a stranger attacked her at gunpoint while she walked her dogs.

It happened on one of the Trinity Trails a few weeks ago.

A woman told police she was walking her dog along the trail in the 4400 block of White Settlement Road when a man commented on her dog.

After she went a bit further, she told police the man grabbed her around the neck and put a gun to her head.

She screamed, dropped to the ground, and managed to run away.

The man ran off over an embankment.

Police have released a newly-developed sketch in hopes of tracking down the suspect.
