Hobby Lobby has issued a recall for some toys due to a choking hazard, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The recall involves two plush toys: a Giraffe Plush Toy with clip and a Llama Plush Toy with clip.

The plush giraffe features a yellow body and a yellow claw clip, with orange and blue legs and multicolored paws. Its ears have a black-and-white animal print design. The toy measures approximately nine inches long. The giraffe has "HL699436" or "HL731481" printed on a white sewn-in label, and the hang tag displays the number "2553675" on the front left corner.
The llama plush has a white body and a green claw clip, with a mirror and an orange triangle teether attached. Its legs are orange and yellow with multicolored paws, and the toy measures about 12 inches long. The white sewn-in label reads "HL699436," and the hang tag shows the number "2553634" on the front left corner.
About 21,230 units are involved in the recall.
The company has received one report of a plush toy leg detaching from the body, allowing small beads to be released. No injuries have been reported.

The plush toys were sold at Hobby Lobby stores nationwide and online at hobbylobby.com from May 2025 through December 2025, with prices ranging from about $6 for the giraffe to $8 for the llama.
What you can do:
Consumers should immediately stop using the Giraffe Plush Toy with clip and the Llama Plush Toy with clip and return them to the nearest Hobby Lobby store for a full refund.
