Great Texas Warrant Round-Up

The "Great Texas Warrant Round-Up" began on Saturday. More than 260 law enforcement agencies across Texas are combining efforts to arrest people with outstanding warrants.

The grace period to take care of warrants ended Friday.

Over the next seven days, people with outstanding warrants will be arrested at their homes or work or anywhere police can find them. Police officers will then take them to jail to address their outstanding warrants.

More than 260 law enforcement agencies across the state are participating.

The effort is believed to be the largest joint warrant round up in Texas, according to Plano police.
