Grand Prairie police chase ends at Quik Trip gas station

A police chase in Grand Prairie came to a dramatic end at a Quik Trip gas station.

Police say they received several calls Friday night about a driver acting erratically and threatening to shoot the callers. Once police found the SUV in the 4000 block of Belt Line Road, a chase began.

After driving over the stop sticks, the driver pulled in to a busy Quik Trip gas station on West Pioneer Parkway. Two officers rammed the suspect’s vehicle to stop him and eventually arrested him.

Despite the suspect driving through several parking lots with pedestrians, police say no one was injured.

The suspect has not been identified.
